My Dancing "Sock" Monkeys!

Yesterday morning the kids were showing off their dancing feet in the cute "non-slip" socks my friend Sara Lewis sent to me last month.

It's crazy to think we can't keep our feet warm in Bahrain where it's 115+ degrees outside but it's true! We crank up the AC to fight off the humidity which in turn makes everybody's tootsies freeze! (laugh)

The whole silly morning started with Mommy wearing the blue pair of socks and Tanner saying he wanted a pair as well. Tanner decided that he liked the fuzzy tan pair and pulled them up clear past his knees. Gavin became the little green eyed monster wanting to take big brother's socks for his own use. Tanner thought the only solution was to embarrass his pint sized sibling by making him wear Mommy's hot pink socks... as you can see Gavin wasn't phased in the least. Gavin enjoyed showing off his "hot dancing feet" while he spun to the music!

One more crucial bit of information: Gavin just started "dancing" a few days ago! It's fun to see him "master" his new skill. At 18 months, the youngest member of our family especially enjoys dancing to Jason Mraz, James Morrison and anything on Sesame Street (an odd combo, I know) but it's so darn cute!

Thanks again Sarah for the "family fun" socks! ;)

Enjoy the video!
